Management can face problems ranging from employee illness and decreased productivity to lawsuits involving Worker's Compensation or tenant litigation. RGA can provide a full range of indoor air quality services, including on-site investigations, testing, recommendations for remediation, and operations & maintenance programs. RGA uses a team approach to resolving issues, utilizing expertise from chemical, biological, architectural, and engineering specialists. RGA has extensive experience in the investigation and remediation of mold and fungus in buildings. Additionally, our state certified Radon inspector can detect radon gas levels in structures.

An Indoor Air Quality Survey may include:

  • Comprehensive Report signed by a Board Certified Industrial Hygienist

Mold and Fungus

Through years of experience with mold & fungus projects and extensive litigation experience, we have developed a practical approach to investigating and remediating mold & fungus problems in all types of facilities. RGA understands that mold growth can eventually cause structural damage to a building if it is not addressed for the long term. If a facility has a prolonged roof leak, molds can weaken floors and walls as the molds feed on wet wood. We utilize the best resources at our disposal for sampling protocols and standards, including the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Guidelines titled “Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings” and the American Congress of Industrial Hygienists. We also rely on our network of health professionals for expert opinions, advice and creative ideas for investigations and remediation.
